Standard witbier hue, pours a hazy pale golden color with nice contrasting white head. Strong wit-style aroma - slight citrus peel, lemongrass, slight floral and wheat. The taste is reminiscent of the nose, with plenty of carbonated coriander flavors to go around. It's got a slight peppery nature and a light flowery citrus edge, but lacked a crisp bite and spiciness. Overall, lighter than one would think. Maybe not the best Wit on the market, but the drinkability is pretty good.
