La Citrueille Celeste De Citracado

Pumpkin Ale Collaboration

Pours a clear, dark, chestnut brown.

The aroma detected are spices, cinnamon and citrus, fresh & wintery.

Tastes of raisin and pumpkin, with Softly rounded caramelized and toasted malt. The finish somewhat spicy. Hops add enough bitterness to balance it all out. Great mouthfeel, clean finish.

It's an interesting take on a pumpkin ale, overall a well orchestrated beer.
